After discussing my ban with with Mascot Federal I found that I cannot use Windows to record. I was helped to download the correct software and advised I could apply to have my ban reduced. So I am requesting for my ban to be reduced as it is not listed anywhere what software to use to record so I did not know but now have the correct software.
