I did not commit any crime except speeding. They didn't give me any pull over order after I crashed into the LSPD car that was blocking the road. They blocked the highway, and when I crashed into it, they did CR and made me crash. My only fault was speeding. After CR, I got out from the car, and they shot me without any reason. I didn't do anything to make them shoot me. I wasn't a threat. Indeed, they attacked me three times: by blocking the road, by doing CR without any reason, and by shooting me lethally without any reason. Is it allowed to block roads? Are they allowed to block roads and risk my life just because I am speeding? Are they allowed to do CR in the first encounter? Are they allowed to shoot me even though I am not resisting, just for speeding? They violated so many rules. Thank you for your time.
