I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the permanent ban on my account for the violation "GR 1.1." I am unsure of the exact reason for the ban, as I have been respectful of the server’s rules.
In the past, I was banned for 3 months, and during that time, I made sure not to access my account on any other PC or attempt to bypass the ban in any way. After waiting out the previous ban period, I tried to log in today, only to find that my account has been permanently banned under "GR 1.1."
I fully respect the decisions of the administration, but I am requesting clarification on the reason for this permanent ban and if there is any possibility for the decision to be reviewed or appealed. I assure you that I have been committed to following all server rules and would appreciate any insight into the issue.
if u unban my account i am ready to money wipe out .
