Hello Dear Admins,
It has been a good experience being part of this great and esteemed organization. Now, I wish to lead this organization to greater heights and make it the best in the city. Having previously worked in the HR Ads and HR departments, I have gained much experience. Now, I would like to combine this experience with leadership and come up with a more active and efficient system in all areas of the organization.
My Vision and Plans:
- 24/7 Activity to All Departments:
I have observed that some departments receive less or no activity, especially during the night. To change this, I will implement a well-planned shift system so that there can be seamless 24/7 department activity. By splitting the teams into two shifts, we will provide continuous support to the citizens.
- Good Communication and Effective Management:
I will maintain a strong network of communication between all HC members. Each HC will know their responsibilities and solve any problems in their groups in a timely manner. Employees will have easy access to HC members if there are any problems, and it will be solved more quickly. I will maintain a system where at least 2-3 HC members are present in the city at all times.
- Clarifying Department Responsibilities:
Each Department Director (DD) in the organization will be aware of their unique job and support our COOs and me in our responsibilities. This will create a more structured and streamlined management framework in the organization.
- Zero Tolerance for Favoritism:
I will not endure favoritism in my tenure. I see a meritocracy where effort and dedication translate into growth, free from favoritism. A reward and an advancement will exclusively be given depending on performance. For the benefit of avoiding unreasonable promotions, a weekly bonus policy will be set.
- **Solid Bonds for the Journalism Department:**
Our Journalism Team will remain in constant communication with prominent institutions such as GOV, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and all ghettos. We will listen to what the public wishes and proceed with their needs to give you the most accurate news as quickly as possible.
- Constant Activity of the Creative Team:
The Creative Team will be working around the clock, responding to ticket requests instantly and in a professional manner. They will be actively engaged in events, injecting fun and entertainment into the city.
- 24/7 Operations for the ADS Department:
The ADS Department will operate in morning, noon, and evening shifts. A dedicated HC team will oversee advertisements to make sure all transactions are executed in a fair and orderly manner. A weekly bonus system will be adopted to enhance the employees' motivation without discriminatory promotions. Myself and my team will work diligently to ensure fairness and prevent any undeserved rank advancements.
I am running for this leadership position to take this organization to greater heights, create a good team culture, and implement a just management style. I am ready to work together with all of you to create this vision.
