2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• I Love the National Guard and Law Enforcement RP. I was always into law enforcement orgs and LEO RP, and the NG seems like the ideal start for me. I am well-versed in IC laws and server rules, which I believe is important for running an org like NG. Also, I have plenty of experience leading groups on this server as well as other servers since I was always in High Command positions, so I know how to handle the challenges that come with this kind of position. I really like the vibe of NG as it has the right balance of teamwork and discipline and fun times with members, and I would love to contribute with my skills and energy.
  
  
• I've held high command positions of organizations before which put me close to leaders from who i was able to learn how to lead an org and am comfortable handling any kind of situations. I'm really good at keeping order in the organization, from resolving small disputes amongst members or cooperating with other organizations. Because I played on other servers I have learned how to adjust to new situations and keep a professional and fun vibe. For a org like NG to succeed, I believe it necessary to work as a team and make sure that everyone feels accepted and welcomed.
  
  
• I really think NG has the potential to be one of the best organizations in the city, and I would love to be the one to make that happen. We can improve NG, if we combine discipline, training, and fun RP. My goal is to create a positive vibe where everyone can grow, get promoted , enjoy themselves, and feel good to be a member of the org. My time on other servers showed me what works and what doesn't, and I'm sure I can apply those things to NG and make it become a more organized and fun org.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Better Training for Everyone
  To help all members feel prepared and confident, I'll put up a good training system. Doesn't matter if you are old or new. We will teach everyone. We will teach t he basics, such as IC laws, server rules, and how to use spikes or barricades to everyone. We'll focus on tactics, combat situations, and emergency response . To make sure everyone works properly, we will also hold drills to prepare for events such as hostage situations or store roberies in a simulated scenarios. Everyone will be able to do RP at higher levels and know what they're doing.
  
  
• Teamwork and Recognition
  I want everyone at NG to feel valued and like they are part of a team. We will meet on frequently to talk about how we are doing and share ideas. By awarding prizes like as the Medal of Honor, the Medal of Bravery, the Medal of Efficiency, and others to their achievements, These medals will not be given out to people like candy tho. They need to be earned by people. I will also set up meetings in the NG bunker where people can talk to each other and discuss different departments and how everyone works together and we will use these meetings to resolve any issues that may exist in the org. People are going to stay motivated and give the group their best effort when they are appreciated.
  
  
• Connect with the Citizens
  Strong connections between NG and the city are very important in my opinion. To gain citizens trust, we will plan activities like public drills and safety courses and Lectures. Public appearances are an excellent way to interact with people and deal with small issues, and they will show that we are prepared to act to defend the city. For cooperative missions, such as responding to store robberies or Globals, we will also work together with other organizations such as FIB/LSPD/SAHP and medical professionals from EMS. This improves NG's image and gives everyone a fun interesting experience.
  
  
• Restructuring of Ranks
  I want to reorganize NG into regiments to improve success and RolePlay. To provide discipline and clear leadership, each regiment will have a Commander of Regiment and 2 Lieutenant Commanders of Regiment . These will be some of the newer and more bold changes we will try to implement.
  
  New regiment:
  
  Combat Medics Regiment: In charge of providing medical support all over operations, especially during Fort Zancudo raids and store robberies and hostage situations. In addition, they will handle supplies by carrying extra equipment, guns, ammunition, and medical kits for members who need them.
  
  Changes to existing Regiment:
  
  Air Force Regiment: Focused only on transportation, this branch makes sure that staff and equipment are moved quickly and effectively to various locations and situations.
  
  Recon Regiment: Focused to performing reconnaissance and surveillance missions within the base, around it and during special operations like ghetto patrols, this unit provides critical information to keep NG ahead of the game.
  
  
• Military Parades: Showcasing NG’s Power
  As a way to demonstrate NG's power and unity, I also wish to plan military parades. We are going to organize parades in front of the Capitol using our large motorpool, which includes armored cars, marked cars with lights, and ordinary cars, as well as to our impressive fleet of jets, helicopters, and planes. Besides demonstrating our might, these activities will show off the wide range of our armored vests, guns, uniforms, and equipment. It's a great way to boost morale within NG, make an impression on the public, and remind everyone of our commitment to city protection. In addition, it will make for an exciting and interesting RP experience for everyone involved.
