If a 10-15 running away from a Demand it is allowed to Stun him, you already gave me a reply by running away becouse youre a criminal.
if we look at this situation realisticly you will not stop and say ''no i will not stop'' you will just run away right so i dont understand whats the problem and what do you mean by RDM i didnt harm you Stun gun is Non-lethal.
