The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Citizens (law abiding & not) will race on foot from Sandy Shores hospital to Sandy Shores air field. From there they will get on their Go-Karts from the rental area and they will Go-Kart their way to north-gate of Fort Zancudo where they will cross the finish line with grace. Whoever gets there first, will win the race and collect their prize money.
Why this event:
To test the minds of those involved into thinking of the best strategies to be the first to win.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Individually race one another to win the race to victory.
Other organizations involved:
All state and crime (include LI and EMS)
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Go-Karts
Admin Requirements:
Give Go-Karts
TP players
Rules of the event:
No punching.
Ramming is fine unless you're intentionally targeting.
How is the event won?:
The first person to reach the finish line without breaking rules will win.
Prize for the winner:
$250.000
