I was on duty on PH and player 188396 handcuffed me. I don't know whether it was a genuine mistake or not but its upto you want action you want to take.

• ID 188396 may have accidentally pressed the Z button, which resulted in you being cuffed.​
• However, he immediately realized his mistake, apologized, and uncuffed you right away.​
