2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have spent more then a year in this project and met different people and make friends so i can confidently tell that they can testify my quality of friendship. In my past experience in Lifeinvader i have seen and met several leaders, they have done great job and by working with them i have gained valuable experience.
During my stay at Lifeinvader i have held many positions, like 2 terms Department Director of Creative, 2 terms Head of Department of Creative and 1 term Deputy Head of Department, and i can gladly say that i am well know in LI.
Assuming I was offered the opportunity to manage LI, i would do a comprehensive review of our processes. I have observed that previous leaders have given a big priority to the Ads team, which, although doing well, has overshadowed the potential of the other departments. I believe that the Ads team should consist of individuals with strong English skills who are also willing to work night shifts. By ensuring that the Ads team operates 24/7, it will free up more of my time to focus on the Creative and Journalism teams.
My goal is to create an open environment where all the residents of city can join in LI and enjoy a meaningful experience.I am more than willing to assist people in exploring different departments.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I plan to meet with all four departments on a weekly basis in order to get them to stay informed about what they are working on, gain feedback, and acknowledge hard work.
As a counteractive measure to our working environment stress, I plan to organize events in which employees will be able to relax and connect. I also want to encourage residents of the city to showcase their talents and have a chance to win some great prizes. We will have a talent show every week, and there will be one to two events each week as well.
I will have a Head Coordinator for each department, so that the team members can concentrate on their respective work. Double-hatting will still be permitted, but on the basis of demonstrated ability, so that we can still maintain high levels of performance and accountability right across the organization.This is important because I expect tasks to be completed promptly, and when everyone is double-hatting, it can detract from their primary departmental duties.
