As per as RP, 160902 as a citizen should not take part in this situation unless he was a part of Scripted events and if they entered the Parameter at least they should have a RP reason while Killing. No RP reasons are found there to shoot and after some time 148565 came and picks up guns while its should not be allowed to loot guns from an scripted parameter which should be considered as Fail RP
