1. Leader of... FIB
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been an active member of the Grand Roleplay project for over 3 years at this point, In this time I have made many friends, achieved a considerable amount on the server and been a person to have fun with and confide in. About a year ago I was given the opportunity to be the Leader of LSPD, this opportunity was took in my stride and I believe I had a great term which did come to an abrupt end in the 2nd term, yes I made mistakes but I am here to write my wrongs and lead the best term possible.
The reasons I would be honoured to be the leader of FIB are, I have always loved the Idea of Director | Barney Hayes. I have been learning from the best and want to lead FIB to 2 successful terms while completing raid season. I believe with the right support this can be achieved .I want to continue the Legacy built by previous FIB Directors and make sure FIB remain the absolute best State Organisation in Los Santos, with the most active yet professional agents. My final reason for applying for this post is because I want to prove to myself that I have changed as a leader and do have what it takes to be the best of the best, I deeply believe that as the Director of FIB I can bring fun to LEO roleplay while still having a clean term. LEO roleplay is my favourite way to play this great server and I want to make it fun for returning players, new players and veterans alike.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
If I get granted the Leadership of FIB I will improve the RolePlay of the ORG in a few main ways. These improvements will include:
- Extensive training of a plethora of scenarios that we as LEOs may face, this will be to ensure each agent knows what to expect and can perform under pressure to get it absolutely correct.
- I will make improvements to the standards of professionalism within the High Command structure by seeing to the fact that all High Command agents offer punishments in a fair and just way, maintaining the fact that all High Command will be impartial when it comes to their friends.
- We as the FIB will actively liaison with the other State Organisations to conduct operations such as Black Market raids, Border Patrols, Ghetto Patrols and Gang raids. We will keep up to date with all Leaders and Deputies to maintain a good working relationship with the other State Organisations, keeping an eye on any toxicity.
Over the years, I've consistently demonstrated my ability to overcome challenges, build strong teams, and drive meaningful improvements within the Bureau. My passion for this role, paired with my leadership experience, gives me the confidence to lead the FIB toward greater success while amplifying its impact on the community.
I'm committed to supporting the integrity of the FIB and creating an environment where every agent can thrive, raising the overall standard of roleplay and professionalism. I’m genuinely excited about the chance to serve as Director and help shape the future of this organization.
