I started the Grand Server at the beginning of December and was unfortunately banned for 60 days. Until now, I was only active on my PS5.

I wanted to log in to your server today, and suddenly it says I've had a permanent ban since the end of March 2024. That's actually impossible, since I've only had my PC since the end of September 2024. I can prove this if you don't believe me, but first I'm waiting for a response from you.
