1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I believe I possess the necessary leadership qualities to excel as a gang leader. With extensive experience in both legal and illegal organizations, I have had the privilege of serving as HC and as a Deputy for over 4-5 terms. This has provided me with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead, manage, and guide a gang toward success. My time as a deputy has equipped me with the skills to motivate and support gang members , fostering a sense of unity and purpose within a gang .
I have been in this city for more than two years and during this time, I have gained invaluable experience. My understanding of the city's dynamics, its opportunities, and situations has allowed me to build a solid foundation. This knowledge will be essential in guiding the gang and making informed decisions that ensure success.
One of the main reasons I am so eager to assume leadership of Families is the instability and low activity that characterized the last term . previous term were either disbanded or had minimal participation, which has been a disservice to the potential of this great organization. I am resolute in my mission to restore Families to its rightful place at the top. My goal is not just to boost the gang, but to make it a powerful and intimidating contender to other gangs and state-sponsored agencies. Ultimately, I want to provide an arena where members can enjoy fierce rivalry and truly experience the thrill of belonging to an elite gang.
As Families' leader, I am determined to achieve 100% turf control by the end of our term. I’ve handpicked Turf team . Our strategy is simple take over events with the largest numbers and position ourselves as the strongest and dangerous opponent for any gang brave enough to challenge us. It's time to put Families back on top and challenge anyone who dares to take us on.
I’ve gained valuable experience serving as a deputy in several gangs. In these roles, I've had the opportunity to support leadership, make key decisions, and learn firsthand what it takes to run a successful gang. After working closely alongside leadership, I am ready to take on the responsibility of leading Families myself and bringing it to new heights.
I've been with Families for some time, and as deputy, I’m happy to report that it’s been one of the most active and productive terms the gang has seen in years. We’ve maintained a high profile in the city and at events, and I've gained invaluable experience that will guide us to even greater success. I'm prepared to apply that same vigor, dedication, and strategic mindset to Families, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the competition and set the standard for excellence.
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
i) Ensuring that all members have a strong understanding of the rules will be my top priority. This will help maintain a high-quality roleplay experience and avoid any rule breaks in every situation.
ii) I would place greater emphasis on spraying and turf wars, as they provide excellent opportunities for interaction with other gangs and strengthen our presence across the city.
iii) I believe we need more diverse and engaging activities, such as hostage situations, store robberies, and gun store raids. These scenarios will create dynamic and intense role-playing opportunities.
iv) Recently, LEOs have been winning BM and FZ raids uncontested. To counter this, I would work to increase our gang's presence in these areas by coordinating with other gangs. This would help us provide more interactions with LEOs and create more engaging situation for everyone.
v) I would ensure our gang has more presence on highways, outside the city, and in the ghetto. More spraying and turfing in these areas will strengthen our gang's territorial control and increase engagement with others.
vi) I would focus on ensuring all members have a good knowledge of English and a solid understanding of the rules to prevent any potential rule-breaking, creating a more cooperative and professional gang environment.
vii) I would implement more bonuses for gang members who actively participate in events. This would incentivize participation and foster more engagement within the family.

- Our goal is to achieve high spray profits every hour by consistently spraying the walls in the ghetto
- Our goal is to build the strongest, most active gang, consistently dominating turf and engaging in high-quality RP. We will maintain a focus on minimizing rule breaks, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
