Life story : Kairo Cooper was born in the holy city of Uttarakhand, India. At the age of 10, he had a dream of joining the SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol). His ambition was great, so he dedicated himself to studying day and night, learning everything he could about becoming a SWAT officer. !
Kairo received a devastating call from the police" I m sorry but your Husband has been killed by some gang members on the highwa .Kairo was heartbroken and filled with anger , she rushed to the hospital. hoping to see his husband one last time . kairo was very angry and wanted to take revenge on the gangsters that killed his Husband . When he was 18 years old he completed graduation and his father was very proud. So he went to SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol). and gave his interview. and she passed the interview. and thay give lots off time to sahp . kairo went to every situation in Los Santos and thay earning the respect of his superiors, Eventually, they made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. In the HR department, Kairo found a second home. and his hard work paid off as he earned the trust of the Sheriff . Kairo’s excellence didn’t go unnoticed. He was selected as the "Agent of the Week" multiple times, and with each promotion, his knowledge and expertise grew. Kairo's journey was a testament to his determination, skill, and unyielding desire to serve and protect.
Outcomes:
Outcome 1. kairo can offer to become a citizen hostage for 100k maximum and leo hostage for 100k maximum.
Outcome 2. kairo can recognise anyone by their voice. (Without breaking MG by looking at their ID).
Outcome 3. kairo no fear of 2 guns, which means when people try to rob him, they need atleast 3 people pointing guns at him.
Outcome 4. Kairo can carry a hidden 24/7 radio
Outcome 5. kairo can use or carry illegal items and weapons while on/off duty.
