I come to you because following my participation in the family war I sent my POV as agreed before 9:30 p.m. Subsequently I got banned for 6.17 RG by Mike. When reviewing my POV for the family war I noticed that we couldn't hear the Discord while knowing that on all my POVs (war, complaints, etc...) we heard all my overlays each time. That said, I record my content with Medal and I don't know why this time an overlay was not recorded. Furthermore, I don't see the point in not recording an overlay knowing that it was authorized to do so. Please understand the situation I find myself in knowing that I do not know why or how the configuration of the recording software did not take in count the discord overlay. Please find attached the link to the video in question. Please consider this request. Hoping that this request is favorable to me. If this request doesn't get me unbanned can you at least figured out the option of reducing the ban countdays.
