1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
i) I am experienced in the gangs , I was Deputy of almost all gangs . I want to keep it going in Families as a Leader position.
As a ex deputy/under deputy, I already know how this thing goes as i have Decent experience in gangs.
ii) As families leader , I believe we can achieve great things. I started my journey as low rank member then under deputy then deputy , Now i want to continue with leader of families so I am already ready for the issues I will face. I hope i will do better things in this term.
iii) We will do our best to bring the gang to better places with more effort. During my term I will make Families most dangerous gang in the city. And also let my members Enjoy when they are attending events and give them bonuses depends on their activity and Communicate with them friendly!!
2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
i) To not miss any events. Events such as hostage situation's / Subs / Store robbery's / FZ Raids Etc to give the LEO's some fun RP as well as Families / Gangs.
ii) Get rid of toxicity, this will help improve our RP. Anyone who get caught being toxic in CC or even face to face with them will not be tolerated this will be dealt with as we don't want problems such as warning!
iii) To make sure favouritism will not happen , as favouritism can cause many problems between the ORG. Anyone who is promoted to higher rank due to favouritism will be instantly demoted to their deserving rank.
iv) I will be friendly and teach new gang members the rules to avoid org warnings.
3. My goals during my leadership
i) Our goal for this turf season is to achieve 100% control
ii) Meeting the event requirements every week.
iii) Our goal is to have strong participation at events
iv) We will maintain a focus on minimizing rule breaks.
v) Taking control of ghetto and spraying all ghetto.
vi) Smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
vii) Bonuses will be provided , according to the participation of them in events and activities such as hostage situation , store etc
