2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? ( List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans: I have good experience in NG and before joining NG i was think that NG is boring and not worth to joining but when i joined then i got to know that NG is very intresting and most fascinating Org among any other org and as i have good past experience in Leo's i want t lead NG and i think i will be able to handle NG
I was in maximum Legal orgs and i have past experience in Leo's as High commands and most of it in SAHP like. i have been in SAHP from many time and in LSPD also. NG is quite feasible for first time leader as been in every single ORG'S.
I am really a good and very friendly guy and i would make sure that NG makes Good Relation with every other ORG and help them in Candy Run
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in oranization.
Ans: 1. All the departments are very important for regulating NG perfectly so I will make sure i handover departments to those who are very experienced, knowledgeable and also very active.
2. I will be assuming that weekly tasks are completed and i will do is there would be specific tasks for Assist
3. Making NG the most disciplinary organization. I will maintain discipline and i will motivate everyone in NG
4. I will organize weekly promotion ceremonies and make them most dedicated for hardworking.

AIR FORCE (AF) - The responsibility of this department is to Air Patrolling around the base when it is time for the NG raid and to inform NG if there is any gang activity going on Around the BASE.
Human Resource ( HR ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members.
Special Operation Force (SOF) – The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events and to do candy run.
Military Police(MP) - This Department will check the activity of the units and do to regular check up.
