I don't know why UB and I didn't close any road. NBC is very far from my shop (on the left of the picture). I also touched the admin JAIL ME because I put the shop like (on the right of the picture).

as the shops are placed in where pathways are and it is blocking it, it is considered as UB and not allowed, other places not near the NPC or in front of shops will be fine.
