Life Story:
Milian Hardy was born in Azerbaijan,Baku. He was live here untill 18 years old. He always was be good in lesson and his personal life. He have only one problem, he cant control his anger and this problem always putting him into trouble. But life was going good for Milian. But untill to this day, Milian got a big crash with his car when goint to home after a party. He gave big injures to one man with this crash. Now he have big problem. He make a contract with a good lawyer for the court. At the end man was found guilty and Milian got only some fines. So one day he decide to change something in his life and he applied to University in Los santos, San Andreas and his application accepted.
Milian finished his university in four years. But in this four years lot of things changed in his life. One day his best friend randomly killed in gas station by gangster. Milian decide to take a revenge and he applied for join to LSPD and his story started now.
Career Story :
Milian made good works in LSPD and he got very good promotions in few years. He got Commander of SWAT. After his good services for Los Santos Police Department. He got transfer to Federal Investigation Bureau. Milian worked at here for a while and got good experience.Then Milian got transfer to LSPD again as a Chief of Undercover. As a undercover he achieve to succesfull works at Lspd. He got good relationships at here. After a while Milian got transfer to FIB again. He got Head of Undercover and he kept his hard works at here too. Milian with others helps too he successfully completed raid session two times. Milian still working at FIB as a Chief of Undercover.
Milian succeeded in various areas of his job. His strong leadership skills made him a favorite among his colleagues.
It was around this time that Milian began to witness more truths, and as the police department investigated further, his eyes began to open.Despite his successes in the FIB, Milian's anger issues and aggression often got the better of him. In some cases, he resorted to violence and brutality, further damaging the police department's already compromised reputation.No matter what, he is confident that he will bring true justice to this city in need.
Who knows , maybe all these things are reason of these successes.
Outcomes:
1-Milian can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and refuse to show any type of ID.
2-Milian have the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity rules)
3-Milian can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /do destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4-Milian can go to Ghetto Off-Duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
5-Due to his past, Milian can work with informants will be able to fabricate evidence against the gangs/crime-families.
6-Milian can arrest anyone he feels annoyed or finds any violations in the law. ( with an IC reason )
7-Milian can take bribes (up to $100,000 or ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
8-Milian believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Milian can; detain (up to 25 min), torture and interrogate,for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation (following server rules and with RP reason).
