I came to the petrol station, I accidentally hit the man's car while entering, the man hit my car and pushed it to the redzone, from there you returned to the petrol station again, I was punished for this, the man came and killed me at the petrol station, he was only punished for cr. I think I have no crime here, thank you for your decision in advance

I know the rule, I just didn't understand that the man was penalised for cr. The man kills me, and if what I did is a crime, his crime is the same as mine, and he can't kill me.
