Subject: Request to Remove Ban from Punishment History
Dear Sam,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I wanted to talk about something that’s been on my mind for a while. Back in January, I got a 7 day ban for “deceiving admins,”
I feel like there might have been a misunderstanding at the time, but if I did something wrong, I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know what it was. I want to understand the situation fully so I can clear things up and prove my loyalty to the server. I’ve been actively playing since then, following the rules, and trying my best to contribute positively to the community.
The reason I’m writing is that this ban on my record is making it really hard for me to take on leadership role in any organization, which is something I’ve been working toward. I really care about this server and the roleplay experience, and I’d love the chance to prove myself without this mark holding me back.
I completely respect the decisions you make as Chief admin, and I’m not trying to argue or cause any trouble. I’m just hoping you could consider removing this from my punishment history so I can move forward and keep being a positive part of the community. If there’s anything I need to do to make things right, please let me know I’m more than willing to work on it.
