So we were doing store rob with 2 hostages our first demand was 200k ( non hc Leos) and 2nd demand was free passage, no spikes and no barricades. Fib was negotiating after confirming free passage their own units placed 2 spikes ( No fear and care for Hostages life). Then after the money was paid they started shooting through the hostage, there was no safety confirmed by fib ( no car for hostage) and they shot through hostage. Leos clearly failed to act as Leos. Providing you my friends pov , my friends one is too clear to understand the whole situation pov . All decision upto Senior State Curators.
