2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I have experience in all org as high command and also running a fam so, i know how to manage the leadership. I've noticed after the last few terms this gang has been lacking in members and I feel like this has something to do with it so i will try to make my term best term ever.
2) There has been a major drop in gang activity and event participation over the last three to four terms, as a Leader i will try to make this gang to best gang of server. As New Leader i have many ideas to start going to more events and establish worry in the minds of other gangs as well as law enforcement officials. i will make sure too pick my high command properly and train him and i will not make any favoritism in my term.
3) I want to change the way of Roleplay by implementing strategies, workarounds, tactics and ideas I have picked up during my time as player, me and my deputies have many ideas and strategies for this term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1)There should be always team work present everywhere because a single person can never manage everything because only High command cannot manage everything at everytime.
