2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I started my journery as leo in GOV Where I stood up on my legs and got hc over there and I started have witnessed many leaders come and go but unfortunately most of them misused their power and tarnished the reputation of the National Guard. Together with my partners we worked hard to bring down those corrupt leaders and lay the foundation for a cleaner more respected organization. I rose to one of the highest ranks and because of that I can confidently say I know this organization inside and out. My experience leading soldiers and interacting with various individuals and organizations has given me valuable insight and skills.
2.2 I am passionate about military roleplay and I want to create an environment based on discipline, honor, respect for the law, and no corruption, while still making it fun. My goal is to build an exciting military experience with lots of training, missions, and a focus on respecting ranks and hierarchy. With the knowledge and experience I have gained from the city I will help everyone become strong, respectful, and skilled members of the team
2.3 Discipline, honor, and respect will be our focus. My soldiers will always be ready to help and protect our city and Fort zancudo. Only strong, experienced and disciplined people will join the National Guard. With my way, we will be the strongest and most respected org in this whole city. I will also make sure everyone feels proud to be a part of our organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will work on making the roleplay better and always follow the rules. I will try not to break any general rules. When I recruit, I will choose people who know the RP rules. If anyone breaks the rules, the whole organization could get a warning, and that would be bad for everyone. I believe the organization will be active and successful if I become General.
3.2 I will be also taking care of RP commands because in many cases most of the officers bodycam is invalid . I will also take care of establishing discipline and also make sure they are following their hc orders.
3.3 I will hire exp deputy. There will be 2 guards at each door, 2 cars patrolling inside, and 2 helicopters watching from the air. I will train everyone on how to handle raids and how to place spikes correctly.
1) Human Resources and tranning
This departament members will recruit citizens with good experience and train the soldiers which will reflect the name of National Guard in the city
2)Special Operations Forces (SOF) :
This Department members will involve in a special operations and and in this department there will be good shooters which will help to protect NG from bandits
3) Internal Affairs (IA) :
IA departament members will check the licenses form a soldier, they will check if NG members are filling the all logs and if any 1 is breaking any rules.So if soldiers will not follow IA rules they will get a strike or warning.And on 3 strikes the soldiers will be removed from the organization
4) Public Relations (PR):
PR department will maintain good relations with citizens and will regularly organize different events and Campaigns to build up a strong relation with them.
