Dear Administrator Team,
On March 5, 2025, I was permanently banned on DE01 with the reason: General 1.4 (Main) PC check positive.
I would like to explain the situation honestly and comprehensibly and hope for a second chance.
Regarding General 1.4
As far as I know, General 1.4 refers to creating more than two accounts. However, I never had more than two accounts, as this is not even possible system-wise.
Regarding the PC Check
On January 31, 2025, I was brought in for a PC check by Marcello Promillo, Paul Frost, Rafael Promillo, and Simon Kellerman. As a result, I was banned for using Minus Settings and Clear Water.
Why I Used Minus Settings
Unfortunately, my PC is quite weak in terms of performance. Because of this, I added Minus Settings at the time to improve performance. I was unaware that this violated the rules. Once I realized that it might not be allowed, I intended to reset the settings. Unfortunately, I forgot and simply continued playing. I never wanted to gain an unfair advantage. I am absolutely against cheating and hacking.
How Clear Water Came Into Play
At some point, I downloaded and installed a Redux without knowing that it contained Clear Water. That was a mistake on my part, and I take full responsibility for it. It was never my intention to break the rules or exploit any advantages. Additionally, I hadn’t participated in any events near water for a long time, so I never even noticed it.
My Realization
Over the past few weeks, I have reflected a lot on my mistakes and deeply regret them. I have realized how important this project and community are to me—not just as a pastime but because I have met so many great people there who mean a lot to me.
I promise to be much more careful in the future about what I add to my game and to strictly follow the rules. To ensure everything is in order, I have no problem undergoing another PC check.
If necessary, I am also willing to lose all my progress, possessions, and achievements—whether it be cars, money, or items. For me, the most important thing is the opportunity to be part of the community again and enjoy playing together.
I sincerely ask for a second chance and promise that something like this will not happen again.
