Dear Admin
I have raised a forum against someone who made a mistake {NLR} and the admin Abo Saif rejected the forum because he did not see the person's ID as you can see in the video at minute 00:03 the person's ID appears in front of you and at minute 01:21 the person returned again to the same place. I hope you review the situation and punish him for the mistake. Thank you and sorry for the length
