Dear Admin Team,
I am writing to clarify a misunderstanding regarding the ban on my accounts. According to Rule Gr 1.1, it is prohibited to share or trade accounts, with the punishment being a permanent blacklist. However, I want to clarify that I have not shared or traded my account. The only change I made was switching from my Epic account to Steam. I already submitted a forum post regarding this issue, which was approved by the technical team. They confirmed that this was not a problem, and I was told I could continue playing without issue.
Given this, I respectfully request that you reconsider the ban on both of my accounts. I have been a dedicated player for a long time, and I am actively pursuing leadership within the game. I believe I have the necessary skills and experience to take on leadership roles.
Please review this situation again and consider lifting the ban. Your understanding and reconsideration would be greatly appreciated.
