Hello, hope all is well

I got ban for gen rule 1.9 tax evading by azure duke, i broke a rule , but i was not doing it intentionally, me and my friend was trying to exchange the house we got so his houses can be closer to each other but at that time i didn't have enough money at that time . so my friend was trying to help me so we can exchange . we didn't know that would make us evading taxes. We didn't know the correct way to do it .I'm really sorry for what we did and would like to know if theres anyway i can get back,i love to play grand rp.Thanks for reading my appeal,i am sorry for breaking rule 1.9.It will never happen again, i hope you give me a second chance.
