2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
1.1 I want to become leader because, I have gain experience on ballas as deputy, also on en1 server i was 4x under deputy from there i learned how to lead gang as deputy
so now im applying for leader even i have my friends who can support my term to make most active. and i have good plans for my gang to make it more active in 2 days.
also i already talk with many family who can help my term with there members to make my term best.
1.2 as i gain experience as deputy i learned many mistakes so same i will avoid to dont break any rules on my leadership, even i want to do 100% capture on en3 without any verbal or rulesbreaks, also i know how to handle main events as fz raids,store,gun robbery easily also i will do everyday fz raids,store,gun robbery which will attract on citizens that bunta is most active gang so we can join it.
1.3 also i have great knowledge about gang as 1x deputy which I can share with the gang members and guide them properly. and I have good potential to go through the leadership of bunta and have a great successfull term, In My Term i Will Make Sure that me and my deputy and gang members will not break any rule and do good rp experience is possible for everyone in our gang. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Assign High Command (HC) ranks to experiences peoples who have maturity and are capable of handling gang responsibilities in the absent of the leader.
2. Very active in doing Hostage situations and store robberies so LEO’s can have a good rp between with us
3. As a leader i will make sure bunta will attend every events.
4.In my term i will make sure that me and my deputy will not break any rule and do good rp experience is possible for everyone in our gang.
5. also i will invite my best turf team who can do 100% as soon as possible.
