2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Quality of leadership and team experience
I have been working in LI for almost 1 and half month, I have climb upto rank of HOD of HR. I have train many players throught out my journey!! many people have praised me for my work as well as i have managed to experince of department in LI. I was in EMS before as well. I was HR I did a great work over there as well. My work and play schedule (OOC work) allows sufficient time to execute the organization efficiently and effectively possible.
2. Passion for the Organization's Vision:
Lifeinvader is beyond an advertisement company; it is a creative and fun workplace where people should find fulfillment. This media organization must plan events, posters, and city reporting. In this regard, they are still facing challenges such as inefficient advertisement and disregard for company policies. Therefore, my goal is always to conduct comprehensive training for the new members joining the ad team so that they become well acquainted with technical editing and guidelines. I shall also develop journalism and creativity by working towards maintaining continual coverage of city incidents, interviews, and the broadcasting of more high-profile stories. Lifeinvader is my home, and I wish for it to be a happy, positive, and friendly environment where workers can go out each day, feeling a sense of fulfillment.
3. Good Leadership Skills:
I am a patient person who believes in teamwork and composure. These are some of the qualities which I appreciate in a good leader. I will work towards making Lifeinvader into the top-most competitive in the city's media landscape through hard work and constructions of an excellent public relation with different other organizations. I would also work towards keeping internal and external conflicts from affecting the organization. By appointing the right people as deputies and junior management, a workplace can be maintained free and fair, where employees have feeling, value, and appreciation.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
As a Leader, I will ensure all my High commands maintain their responsibilities.
In Human Resources, they will assist newcomers by giving training and testing. Also, for Night and Morning Time from the advertisement department, we need to keep hiring employees.
On Lifeinvader, I will assign specific tasks to each member, all having their own set of responsibilities. The assignment of particular tasks to the participants enhances the quality of the output by the organization and the RolePlay significantly.
I shall host regular events with other people from state Orgs. I would also conduct interviews more frequently than before, refreshing Lifeinvader's interactive features and entertaining bits.
