2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Life Invader has always attracted me as it is a private organisation with a big responsibility of the city that is posting ads, revealing the truth of the city in their cnn and holding talent shows. I have worked in LI across different cities as well as in EN 03. LI provides a flexible work approach which let's them do their duty from wherever they want, which is pretty nice.
2.2 LI is one of the most demanded org for joining in the city. Citizens are eager to join LifeInvader, getting a chance to lead such a org will be a great pleasure. I have spent a lot of time in legal orgs, gangs as well as in LI but if you ask me what really is more interesting then that is really LI because as it is a private org, there are no restrictions in anything, no one forces you to come to HQ or to any MP, you can simply work from anywhere.
2.3 Being the Ex-General of NG, I have gained a lot of experience in terms of leadership. I was able to run NG with 0 warn/verbal, I will showcase the same thing in LifeInvader also. I will make my LI term the best if I got the chance. With some good leadership skills and my calm nature I can lead any org with ease. I am very patient in making decision and very kind while talking which makes my employees feel like I am their co-worker which ensures peaceful and friendly environment and also ensures the smooth flow of the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 HC will be appointed duty time to ensure smooth flow of LI
3.2 I will personally stay active to ensure everything is going well as planned.
3.3 We will host interviews with various state leaders to let the citizens know about our LEOs work and their plans for reducing crime.
3.4 I will appoint good HR team to ensure a very good training so that there are very less mistakes in Ads.
3.5 People are always waiting for LI forms to open, I will read all applications properly and I will also provides chances for maximum people to join LI.
