2.1. I have a very friendly personality, which helps me to ensure that everyone in the organization works along without any conflicts. Additionally, I will schedule some exciting events so that everyone can work with excitement and delight.
2.2. I've learned to deal with challenging circumstances with ease. In order to keep the EMS free of toxicity, I work to establish a welcoming and encouraging environment. In order to create a pleasant and effective environment, I also concentrate on inspiring and motivating my fellow EMS employees.
2.3. I will not put up with any corruption or inactivity in my organization. I'll put in place a capable management and decision-making team to supervise operations from the top down and make sure that everyone is carrying out their duties appropriately in order to guarantee accountability and efficiency. In order to create an atmosphere where employees are eager to join and enjoy their work, I want to make EMS the most vibrant and desirable organization to work for.

Here are my some advice as a leader to improve the role play in the EMS (Emergency Medical Service):
3.1. Medlabs: By increasing the bonuses of medlabs i will hire specifics people for medlabs only so they can take care of medical supplies.
