Dear Senior Admins,
I am writing to appeal my ban, which was issued due to the use of minus settings. I understand that this may have been seen as an unfair advantage, but I would like to clarify that it was not intentional cheating.
I have a low-end PC that struggles to run the game on higher graphics settings. Due to this, I had to lower my settings significantly to ensure smooth gameplay. Unfortunately, this resulted in a minus setting detection, leading to my ban. However, when I tried adjusting my graphics to a higher setting, everything appeared normal again.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am willing to accept a money wipe if necessary and can assure you that this will not happen again. This is the last time I will have any issues related to my graphics settings. I will ensure my settings remain within the allowed limits to prevent any further problems.
I kindly request you to reconsider my ban, as my intention was never to exploit the game but simply to make it playable on my hardware. I truly enjoy playing on your server and would love to continue being a part of the community.
