Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to explain an unfortunate situation and kindly request a review of my recent ban.
My brother downloaded and installed Grand RP EN 3, but by mistake, he logged into the game using my account's email ([email protected]). He only opened the game once and has never played on the account again. After that initial login, I have not accessed the game or used this account at all.
It has been a month since that incident, and I was recently banned for Gen 1.1 (M) PC Check by Azure after my PC was checked. I understand that this could have been flagged due to the mistaken login, and I truly apologize for the confusion caused.
As soon as I became aware of the issue, I immediately submitted a forum post to report the situation, but unfortunately, it was rejected. I am now submitting this appeal and am including the forum link below for reference:

I kindly request that you review this situation and consider lifting the ban. I am fully aware of the rules and am committed to following them going forward. If necessary, I am more than willing to accept a money wipe or any other penalty you deem appropriate for this mistake.
