1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I've been playing RP for two years, experiencing almost every organization and even taking on leadership roles a few times. It's just the RP mode that can grab my attention and satisfy my needs, so I'll take a recess from RP and experience the life of the admin for a while. Besides my work and other important OOC events, my new timetable gives me the freedom to be an active part of the admin team.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial) Gov Leader, Vagos Leader, Blood Leader and Unofficial family leader, Deputy of Bloods, Vagos, Bunta and families. COS of GOV and LSPD.
3. What are your strengths? My outstanding skills include great interpersonal skills that anyone would die to have; therefore, I have an easy time making friends and establishing good relationships. This additional language skill makes connecting with players from all around the globe possible, which is a crucial factor in making a team that is not only active but also diverse. Also, I have the ability to be calm and professional in times of emergency and I am always open to learning and growing. My RP history as a leader has given me the power to be an effective conflict mediator, make equitable decisions, and add value to the community.
4. What are your weaknesses? My inability to be a good listener is something that I have been aware of and I think it might be the biggest complaints that I get from friends. Even so, I am consistently taking steps to improve my communication skills and to be a better team player.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? I am good at directing myself in a different way towards the challenges as well as I am capable of communicating in several languages. The experiences of living in different nations have provided me with a profound and intricate understanding of various cultures and perspectives that in turn gave me the ability to connect with people who come from different contexts. I also possess the ability to form and uphold strong relationships, to promote inclusivity, and to handle situations neutrally and calmly. As much as I don't know that I'm a good listener, I am trying my best to get better and eventually become a more efficient member of the team.
