(i) Firstly I Personally Like Illegal Orgs As Compared To Legal Orgs. And I Emotionally Attached With Marabunta Grande Because I Spent A lot Of Time In Marabunta Grande. And My Favourite Event Is FZ Raid That's Why I Love To Stay In Illegal Orgs l.
(ii) I Spent My Maximum Time In Marabunta As Compared To Any Other Org, And The Major Thing I Believe That Marabunta Grande Has One Of The Best HQ. I Love It's Underground Entrance For Warehouse And It Also Had A Ammunition Store In The HQ.
(iii) I Spent Much Time In Marabunta And I Had A lot Of My Friends In Marabunta Grande So I Had Emotional Connection With Marabunta, And It's Blue Colour Was Very Charming. My Major Friends Are In Marabunta So I Wanted To Serve Them And Lead Them In All The Events.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
I Recite In The City From A Long Time And I Saw That, Many Gang Members Do Rule breaks Because Of Improper Guidance, So I Believe That Taking Proper Interview For The New Gang Members And The Presence Of Leader In Event's To Teach The Newcomer To Perform Events Without Any Rule breaks Is Very Important. And I Believe I Can Lead And Help The Newcomer's To Know The Rules And Improve Their Illegal Skills. I Personally Help The Newcomer's Learn The Rules And The Way Of Proper RP.
I Saw In Multiple Events That High commands Doesn't Give Any Importance And Chances To Evolve To The New Gang Members. But I Believe That I Can Make A Healthy Environment For The Newcomers In Which They Can Also Participate In The Important Situation Of Events. ( Like I Give Them Chance To Rob A Person In Highway Or Ghetto Robbery Or I Will Give Them Chance To Negotiate With Leos In The Store Robbery Or Hostage Situation After Proper Training )
