I have been a 3-term Governor, 2-time Deputy Chief, 2-time Undersheriff, 2-time Deputy Governor, 1-time Lieutenant General, and 1-time Department Director of Journalism. My rich leadership experience has given me the skill to effectively manage organizations for efficient running and constant growth. With this experience, I am sure that I can lead Lifeinvader efficiently. For my own journey, I first became an Ads Trainee at Lifeinvader before concentrating on Journalism. Through determination and effort, I wrote several articles and rose through the ranks to become the DHOD of Journalism and also assume a double role in the Creative Department. I handled numerous tickets, accumulated considerable experience, and rose to become the Department Director of Journalism. Throughout my time there, I managed my department staff, taught them journalism, news coverage and article writing, and brought them to success. This hands-on experience in various departments has given me a deep understanding of Lifeinvader's operations, preparing me well for the position of CEO.
Lifeinvader has an important role to play in public opinion formation through journalism, advertising, and creative content. I intend to enhance efficiency in all departments, maintain high-quality reporting, and develop better advertising strategies. Through innovation and professionalism, I will drive Lifeinvader to greater heights.
A successful organization depends on team work and encouragement. I aim to develop an encouraging work environment in which staff are appreciated and nurtured. Creative Team:
- Organize interactive mini-events for employees and citizens to foster creativity.
- Enhance the format of talent shows and their smooth running.
- Increase the range of article templates to incorporate diversity in reporting.
- Arrange high-quality interviews with leaders from different organizations and citizens.
- Upgrade video production by enhancing intros, outros, and summaries for better interaction.
- Provide special perks for HR personnel to reward their efforts.
- Transition to a formal training program with pre-recorded videos to make learning flexible and accessible to employees.
- Rebrand HR's function to help employees, guide them, and ensure successful implementation instead of carrying out full training.
- Reduce duplicative training efforts, enabling HR to spend more time on supporting the employees and helping them out with there tasks.
- Raise bonuses for ad employees to increase motivation.
- Give highest priority to the staffing of the ad department from all the time zones to have at least 4-5 ad employee at all times to clear the PDA.
