this admin rejected my forum and saying it is not CR because he only did it 1 time. is it true?

so i can CR people on the sidewalk and damage them? without getting punished. if i do it only 1 time as harry marsh said.

sorry if im being annoying, im just trying to learn the en3 rules all over again because they are so diffrent from en2 and en3

From your own POV it's hard to decide if it was intentional or not, as many players facing rendering issues already. Proper decision taken.​
