2. Three reasons why I want to be the leader of this special organization (With Explanation)
As a loyal member of Lifeinvader, i have witnessed the great potential that this organization holds for a long time.
I want to use my knowledge to contribute to Lifeinvader’s growth and lead it in the best way possible.
I aim to keep Lifeinvader’s media operations at the forefront and create an environment where those who choose LI can have their problems resolved smoothly.
With the work we do within Lifeinvader, i will ensure that the city's residents always encounter exciting, unique, and unprecedented events.
I am determined to form highly motivated and successful teams in every department. Whenever help is needed, i will be ready to do my best alongside the HCs i trust. With my work ethic, i believe i will lead a successful term, ensuring my teams have a dedicated, talented, and exciting time together.
I have worked at Lifeinvader for a total of 8 terms, and in 7 of them, i served in high-ranking positions.
Additionally, during my time in the organization, i spent my free time learning about other departments and how they operate. i worked with numerous CEOs and COOs and never received any negative responses from colleagues or high-ranking officials.
I can say that i enjoyed every second of my 8 terms, and the highest rank i have reached within LI so far is DD of Creative.

3. My suggestions to increase the RolePlay level in the organization
As the leader of Lifeinvader, i guarantee that we will create a friendly, cooperative, and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
My priority will always be ensuring that every employee feels supported and valued throughout my term. i want to create an atmosphere where open communication and mutual respect are essential.
The key words for an organization's success and progression are innovation and improvement. Any leader who embraces these as their motto is bound to create an excellent term.
As a leader, i want to ensure that our team members, especially new recruits, are well-trained in PDA and respect. Throughout their time in LI, i will focus on improving our departments with better and more efficient methods, ensuring that our members maintain professionalism and respect.

- Creative Team:
I will actively recruit enthusiastic individuals who are eager to create new and unique content.
I will ensure that Creative Team members complete their assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and respectfully while meeting customer expectations.
I want to organize well-thought-out events that will allow the people of Los Santos to enjoy their time without encountering issues.
- Journalism Team:
Many events, both good and bad, occur in our city, and some so-called "unimportant" events end up being forgotten.
There are numerous people in Los Santos who want their voices to be heard.
To ensure that important events are not forgotten and those who wish to speak up are given a platform, i will do my best to improve the quality and effectiveness of this department.
Additionally, i want to make sure that journalists can safely report on events without putting their lives at risk.
- Advertising Team:
Another significant aspect is the advertising team.
The citizens of Los Santos expect their advertisements to be published quickly and do not want to wait.
To address this, i will work on ensuring that there are a maximum number of active advertising employees in different time zones to maintain proper PDA management.
Although there aren’t many unique aspects to highlight for the ADs team, i want to mention that during my time in LI, i personally faced some of the advertising-related issues and will do my best to prevent these problems from happening again.
Here are some key problems i plan to address:
1. Fixing the issue of ad delays caused by the lack of night shift workers in the ADs team.
2. Ensuring that HCs in the ADs team are actively guiding employees properly and respectfully at all times.
