The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The state organizations have received intel that all criminal organizations plan to work together to take over the aircraft carrier located in the ocean in an attempt to gain access to military technology stored on board. Upon landing on the aircraft carrier, the gangs set off intruder alarms which informs all state organizations of the intrusion on the carrier.

Why this event:
The goal of this event is to create an engaging and fun event which increases the planning skills for both state and crime side by giving them a challenge where they must work together in order to succeed and win.

Role of Each Organization Involved:
State - LEO's must regain control of the carrier and take out all gang members.
Crime - Gangs must prevent state from regaining control of the carrier and take out all law enforcement officers.

All state
All crime

Vehicles/weapons needed:
Assault Rifle Carbine
Helicopters

Admin Requirements:

Teleport players
Give weapons and armor
Spawn helicopters

Rules of the event:
No juicing or use of any consumable item which can grant an advantage.
No patching.

How is the event won?
State - Must regain control of the carrier and take out all gang members.
Crime - Must maintain control of the carrier and take out all law enforcement officers.

Prize for the winner:
$1,000,000 split between all remaining members of the winning side.
