Life Story:
Emmo lost her parents in a car accident. In memory of this, she was left with scars on her Hands. The right hand was severed. Through the efforts of a good surgeon, the hand was sewn back. She covered her scars with tattoos. She grew up with his Aunt Shreya Mercy who was a secret intelligence agent. After discharge from the hospital she had nowhere to go. Shreya Mercy took her in when social workers brought her to the police station for registration and wanted to send her to an orphanage. There was no sentimentality in the society in which she grew up. The harsh and evil world that surrounded her made her very rude. She is direct. Values time and personal space. People who showed her hatred will remain on her blacklist forever. It doesn't matter to her rank or status. She appreciates a person for his personal qualities. His Aunty trained her in self-defense. She taught her how to drive a car and a motorcycle well. The multi-million inheritance of her parents, and patents that brought good income gave her the opportunity to live without denying anything. In custody she worked hard through high school and was awarded a place at a top medical university. He was even offered a position in Los Santos. While part-time jobs kept him motivated, that combined with intense studying made things stressful. Never losing sight of his dreams. Unfortunately, some things are out of our hands. However, as she climbed the ranks, Hinata began to face the harsh realities of politics. She witnessed how power and influence could shift decisions, often at the expense of the people she once vowed to serve. Initially resistant, she soon found herself enticed by the perks of power. The allure of wealth and the pressure to conform to the corrupt practices around her became too great.Her transformation was gradual, but it became evident to those who knew her. Despite her success and the luxurious life she now led, Hinata couldn't shake the guilt that haunted her. She often wondered if she could ever find a way back to the person she once was.
Career Story:
Emmo was regularly trained by very experienced people which were ex LEOs Which make him into a good officer. Emmo career in the government began with enthusiasm and a strong moral compass. Starting as a policy analyst, she quickly gained a reputation for her keen insights and dedication to public welfare. Her hard work earned her promotions, and she soon became a DHOD of CAT the temptations of power began to sway her judgment. She started making decisions that favored personal gain over public interest. she is working now but due to bad pocket's he decided to become a Corrupt officer to make a good income for his future.
Outcomes:
1. Emmo can take bribes (only 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes)
2. Emmo can search for hidden cameras and microphones and smash them if needed by using /try to find the bodycam (twice per situation) and /do to destroy it.
3. Emmo can break IC law including: Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (she must keep in mind the OOC consequences)
4. Emmo can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell and use illegal stuff. (no Organization weapons included)
5. Emmo can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people. (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Emmo can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
7. Emmo can use lethal force on people on duty if they does not comply with her demands. She may also torture/kill people to get info that she wants from him
8. Emmo can deny/lie about calling an attorney for a suspect in he custody. She may also deny to show identification to protect he privacy.
9. Emmo can give tours or allow the person to cause a jail break if he feels like it.
10. Emmo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
