All in POV,
We killed him and all of the sudden like 20 ballas just came to us and started killing us ( 113011).They killed him twice.

This report is just very dumb u see a P1 in the clip the whole time that is a Ballas and ur also next to multiple spray areas and ur next to main ghetto area this is just a targeting report as you know who the player is and want to get him in trouble

There is some crucial information that we need to take into account for this complaint. Firstly, there was already a gang war going on between Vagos and Ballas. That's how you originally killed me. Next thing is that there is no fear RP in this! You told me to put my hands up and I did.

Lets go over the rules that are in question over here,

Metagaming (MG) - Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules. This includes emoting information that other people have no reason to currently know — your /me's and /do's should not state what others cannot see, hear, touch, smell or taste. Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.

Firstly, let's go over the metagaming part. In this from what I see and perceived is that you are reporting me that you think I am in a call with a VoIP program. Your argument makes sense. I totally understand it but I was indeed not metagaming as I said before there was a gang war going on in the ghetto so my gang could easily see if I was being robbed or not and which they did. My gang has heavy snipers also

As I already explained the "fear rp" part which in my eyes doesn't make sense since I complied and put my hands up, I won't go into detail on that.


However I do want to say I respect you for making this forum. I appreciate this server a lot and the rules that are implemented. You are standing up and reporting me to make sure there is no rule breaks in the server. I hope you keep doing this so we can make a clean rule break server and have the best role-play imaginable!

Rest is upon the administration and how they want to continue with this forum. I will respect the decision and we will move forward with our lives and learn from this.

Ghetto is an active war zone he can be killed by anyone just because you couldn't rob him its not Fear RP. Also you should fear for your Life while you getting shot during a robbery.
