The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
A gang has taken the CEO of LifeInvader as a hostage in retaliation for publishing a news article against the gang. Seeking revenge, the gang is keeping the CEO at the roof of the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs. The gang gave the demands for a ransom and the release of their members who were arrested during a raid, threatening to harm the CEO if the demands were not met. The Undercover (UC) team of FIB found the location of the CEO where he was kept, prompting an urgent response from Leos as the case was high profile, a Special Operation was planned to rescue the CEO and neutralize the gang threat. The gang got the information about the Special Operation from the informers within Leos and gained access to critical details, including date an time of the operation. Armed with this knowledge, the gang decieded to give a deadly counterattack, aiming to eliminate all LEOs as a warning. Now the Leos have started preparing their strategies for the operation, making sure the CEO is returned safely and all the gang members are eliminated.

The event brings high stakes, action, and strategic decision-making for both Leos and gangs, making it an exciting and dynamic scenario for Leos and gangs.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Gangs - To eliminate all the LEOs who are coming to rescue the CEO.
Leos - To eliminate all gang members to rescue the CEO.

How is the event won?
For Gangs -
If the gang eliminates all LEOs, the surviving gang members will receive a $500.000 distributed among them.
For Leos -
If LEOs eliminate all gang members, the surviving LEOs will receive a $500.000 distributed among them.
Prize for the winner:
$500,000 distributed among the surviving members.
