2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Starting with my career so basically i was started my journey in the city 3 years ago and gained experience in all the legal and illegal fields and i proved myself many times in the city as a normal citizen and started my career with the SAHP then i tried LSPD and managed to get 28 Rank in all the organizations (LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG) and i personally think that all orgs are equal for me whether its LSPD or SAHP or something else.
- Starting with my second reason. I have been the leader of SAHP and managed to run the term with the help of my Deputies and Lovely Team as well as curators and now i want to prove myself again as its been 3 months now since i took the term and hoping that i could manage all the things again and make my LSPD term the best of all as i already did during SAHP
- Starting with the third and my last reason which is i think i did too much regular things in the city starting my day with taking a bath and going for my job in FIB. and now im kind of bored with my daily routine and so i believe i should make a comeback in the Leadership think and this time i can show the curators my importance as a Leo Leader. That's It.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Good Bonus System: i am going to make a new and fresh bonus system that people never seen in the past and it will be personally designed by me and my deputies as we have 3 year experience as a leo and we know the need of money. in this way we will circulate more money in the economy.
b) More Usage of Verbal Speech: I believe that as a citizen or leo we should talk to the detainee verbally. in this way the roleplay will become more interesting and a piece of encouragement can be felt.
c) Serious HR Team: NowaDays im watching that many orgs are hiring new cadets without having a full fledge interview. and i think it hurts the RP. So in my Term ill make sure to have a Good HR Team and a serious Management within the LSPD
