2.1 My goal is to make LSPD the greatest. I believe I am prepared to take on the role of leader of LSPD because I have accumulated a great deal of expertise in various state organizations. I am also the Ex-General of NG and I have gained a lot of leadership skills and experience from that, I was able to run NG without any Verbal/Warn, I will give my best to do the same in LSPD also. I am prepared to overcome any challenges that may arise because I am aware of how challenging the role of LSPD leader is.
2.2 I love this organization and I would work hard for it and be honest with everyone. Since the beginning of playing on this project, I wanted to be a leader and I even accomplished that task by becoming the leader of NG but I had always wished to be the Chief of Police and If I got the chance of fulfilling this then I assure you that my LSPD term will be the best of all. As we all know, the quality of roleplay is declining because so many people constantly violate it. Therefore, I am here to raise the level of roleplay, by which I mean that when there are serious situations, we should all behave appropriately, and normally other organizations would see that LSPD is better in terms of RolePlay.
2.3 I would oversee LSPD with my current crew and hire new members daily if needed. Additionally, I would like to be the LSPD leader because I would assemble a strong team that would lower crime in the city. I would have numerous patrols in operation around the city. I believe that I would be a good leader of the LSPD since I am extremely creative and calm. I am aware of how challenging it is to head this organization and how much responsibility it entails but with my skills and my team, I will overcome it.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To ensure that everyone receives top-notch training, I will assemble the best HR team with the best officers.
To keep the organization running smoothly and prevent any problems, my deputy and I will constantly monitor the activities of every officer and department.
I will make good relationship with other state organization to avoid any conflict and maintain a healthy and peaceful relation.
Excellent connection between the leader and other staff members; regardless of rank, we will collaborate as friends. I don't want to stick out as a leader, but I do want them to feel that I am not their superior.
Promotion ceremony will be done once every week to boost the confidence of the officers and I will personally check everyone logs to see who is eligible to get promoted.
To keep the organization running smoothly and prevent any problems, my deputy and I will constantly monitor the activities of every officer and department.

Human Resource (HR)-> Their major work will be to take interview, hire and give a first-class training.
Internal Affairs Agency (IAA)-> Their major work will be to keep and eye on all the officers and constantly do their BG check, license check and ensure that no one do any corruption.
Counter Terrorism Unit (CTU)-> Their main work will be to patrol in city and prevent citizens from breaking any law and to also respond to Globals.
Parking Enforcement (PE)-> Their major work will be to roam in the city with their tow truck and ensure that no vehicles are illegally parked, if they see any then they will tow them and give their owner fine.
