2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I want to lead Ballas because, in my opinion, it is one of the most iconic gangs in the city. Without it, the city seems to be Inactive, and I want to Continue Its Leagcy. I am confident that, under my leadership, I will dominate other gangs, preserve it, and even instill fear in Leos.
2.2. Under my leadership, I'll make sure that events like Clandestine, Battleship, Subs, Turf, etc. have the most participants possible, but that events like hostage situations and store robberies, etc., are played with the most roleplay and are enjoyable for everyone.
2.3. I want to create better RP for gangs and for LEOs so that rule breaks. I want to see that all gangs are able to work together to take down LEOs. It is no secret that LEOs have had the numbers but I want to bring those back to Ballas and create such a force that it makes all cops worried about what Ballas are going to do next.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will be the most active gang in the city.
2. Will be more focused on the quality of the members not just numbers.
3. We will join all events and win it.
4. We will do a lot of RP, like hostage situations, robberies, and other RP situations.
5. Make sure to have only the good people who know the city rules.
6. Giving bonuses for the good events we won.
7. I'll make sure that my spray profit will never go under 11k.
8. I will try to do 100% turf without rule breaks.
