2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have good leadership skills that can really help with planning and running events. I enjoy building a strong team that works well together and supports each other. With my experience, I am sure I can guide the team in a way that helps everyone grow and learn from each other. I believe my leadership can make a positive difference for marabunta and help it succeed in the future. I believe I can help bring that energy back to the community.
2.2 Many people feel nervous during their first interview because gang members are often seen as tough. I want to change that and help new gang members feel comfortable and welcomed. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels understood and part of the team, without fear or pressure. I have seen too many leaders break promises which they have made and not stay active, which has caused many gangs to fall apart. Some focus too much on their own turf and don’t pick the right deputies. I am excited about getting Marabunta going again and bringing back the energy and competition we have been missing in the ghetto and at events.
2.3 I want marabunta to be a friendly place where everyone helps each other and gets along with other groups. I want to stop favoritism and fights. I also want to help newcomers, especially those too young to join, by guiding them. I want this gang to be fun and for people to enjoy being together. Any bad behavior will be handled quickly and fairly. I will encourage competition with other gangs and groups. I’ll reward active members with bonuses and events to keep everyone motivated. I plan to make recruitment easier by having specific ranks handle it.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 i will appoint deputies who have enough experience to get that position and be always active in ghetto and make it sound Bunta only until our last breath.
3.2 My plan gonna be to keep things active and professional. I want to set up hostage situations, gun store and store robberies to keep things exciting. I also plan to do Fort Zancudo raids and join events like attacking informants, vehicle thefts, battleships, and subs . I will make sure we get the top shooter and most parachutes of our org only.
3.3 We will also take part in LEO events like black market and gang raids and protect our Head quarter. I want to play competitive to other gangs .Last but not the least make sure no one of my org break server rules. If they do, I will make sure they understand and don’t repeat it. If it happens again, I will handle it in the gang. These are my plans to make the roleplay better.
3.4 No toxicity, No favoritism, everyone will be treated equally and and always be a environment of respect and legacy to each other as rivals.
