2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become leader of lspd as i spend much time in the Fib and quite good time in LSPD , SAHP and GOV which gave me enough experience and knowledge to lead a state organization. I have good abilities like patience, i am good at communication .Due to spent good time in FIB i have much experience i can lead in the serious and sensitive situation. that's why i have necessary abilities to lead a term.
Secondly I started my journey in fib i get my early training from there. then i also go to SAHP and LSPD for some time. i faced new thing there and get good experience . I also worked as a lawyer in government for sometime which can also help me in my leader ship journey.
3. I also have a good number of friends in the city which i make in this journey they will help me to complete this term. Due to their help i will able to keep peace in the city,
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i will try to launch some training sessions for a high command as well as for low ranks agent in which i will guide them how to face problems in the different situations. I will guide agents how to negotiate in the stores and hostage situation . i will try to aware of them every situations. I will try to finish favourism in my organization . I will place promotion ceremony every week in which i will give promotion and if someone have high rank and do not showing any activity i will demote them. i will try to keep peace between all agents.
