I want to lead Marabunta because I’ve seen many leaders struggle to manage their organizations properly or fail to follow the rules. This has motivated me to step up and take on the challenge, ensuring Marabunta runs smoothly with strong leadership and proper organization.
I have extensive experience, having served as an admin on EN2 and as a deputy leader for 13 terms across different gangs. I have also held high-command positions in multiple organizations, giving me the skills to manage teams and maintain structure.
As leader, I will ensure high activity and aim for a 100% capture rate while keeping the organization clean and rule-compliant. I also want to improve criminal RP by encouraging better interactions with other factions and recruiting experienced players who understand the rules.
With these goals in mind, I am confident that I can lead Marabunta to one of its best terms yet.
Gang RP has become too focused on turf wars, with less attention to other activities like ghetto fights, robberies, and clan battles. To make RP more engaging, I believe gangs should take part in more strategic operations, such as attacking National Guard ammo runs or cash transport missions.
I also want to build better relationships between gang leaders to organize larger events where law enforcement plays a bigger role, making criminal RP more dynamic. My goal is to create a more balanced and interactive roleplay experience, ensuring illegal organizations work together to make the city feel more alive.
