Niberious was born in Noida, India. After his birth, his parents had abandoned him, and he was adopted by a old couples. Niberious was not a very healthy child, he often used to suffer from diseases due to low immunity. As Niberious grew up, he realized that he had constant headaches daily, sometimes he used to get fatigued. He told this to his so-called parents, who adopted him. Once again, they took Niberious to an hospital where the doctor performed a lot of tests. The parents and Niberious was expecting common diseases again as usual, but the destiny had other plans. After an MRI Report of Niberious' brain, he was diagnosed with a malignant Brain Tumor. The doctors, weren't sure if Niberious would make it even after the treatment, but this was least of the worries as the couples weren't rich enough to pay for the surgery and which resulted Niberious being transferred into a Government hospital with no fancy services. Mircaously, Niberious was treated by a well known doctor which resulted in his surgery to go well. He was treated and completely recovered. He was very thankful to his parents and the doctors.
Years passed by, Niberious grew up into an mature teen, who completed his schooling not from a very famous institute. He's poor parents were getting older and there was no major source of income, seeing which Niberious decided to get into laws. Niberious got himself enrolled in an Law School and applied for a student loan. He spend hours studying laws and to master them, finally years later, he passed his official Bar Exam and earned a Lawyer's License! Niberious and his parents were extremely happy. He's into laws till this date and is trying his best to fight for people's rights and justice!
Outcomes:
1- Niberious can drive off-road with a proper vehicle while adhering to realistic driving rules. (Keeping UB Driving in Mind)
2- Niberious can locate and destroy bodycams using proper roleplay commands:
-> /try searches the person for a working bodycam (This can be used twice per situation)
-> /do smashes the found bodycam.
3- Niberious can fly at low altitudes and maneuver under bridges. (No UB Flying)
4- Niberious has a diagnosed behavioral disorder that makes him naturally blunt and unfiltered in conversations, he can be rude. (No Toxicity.)
